William Rulon-Miller became Managing Director at Cross Atlantic Capital Partners in 2009.  He was previously Director of Investment Banking for Janney Montgomery Scott in Philadelphia and worked for the Investment Banking Group of Smith Barney in both the New York City and San Francisco offices. He has served on the Board of Directors of numerous publicly-held and private corporations and venture capital firms. He has also served as a director or trustee of a number of non-profit organizations and currently serves as a trustee of the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts and The Woodlynde School in addition to his role as a trustee of the Knowles Science Teaching Foundation.

Mr. Rulon-Miller graduated from Princeton University and received an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
