Position: Biology Program Officer

KSTF is currently seeking a Biology Program Officer to work as part of a team developing, implementing and refining the KSTF Biology Teaching Fellowship Program, to begin as soon as possible. The primary responsibility of the Biology Program Officer will be the management of up to two groups of about 15 KSTF Biology Teaching Fellows each, which includes: the recruitment and selection of yearly cohorts; planning, conducting and evaluating a five-year trajectory of professional development and support for teaching fellows; and working with the program staff and outside institutions.
