KSTF leads the way in recruiting, preparing and retaining outstanding high school mathematics and science teachers who are leaders in their communities and the teaching profession.

KSTF’s vision of leadership is grounded in the belief that the only meaningful change in education happens between teachers and their students. Supporting outstanding teachers is the single most effective way to improve math and science education.
